Sedona Retreat - Awakening to the Higher Heart
Join Linda Johns in this casual, fun and relaxing workshop . During this workshop you will find it easy to check out of your daily stresses and to check in with your authentic self.
Come and experience the heightened energy of the various vortexes in the beautiful and powerful red rock country of Sedona, Arizona. The energies at each vortex support a different kind of healing. The Boynton Canyon area can help to create balance and centeredness. Bell Rock has masculine aspects useful for those who need to speak up for themselves or to find strength or drive, while Cathedral Rock is very helpful in embracing the soft feminine aspect of self. Snebley Hill offers great insight into relationships, whether for yourself or for others in your life, and Indian Gardens explores past lives. There are also many other sacred vortexes in the area to support your healing process.
This retreat is designed to give you personal space and individual time at two vortexes that support your healing goals as you experience the exercises of the workshop. Linda facilitates this incredible experience by connecting with your guides, your higher self and the soft and subtle energies of nature, all to help you delve deeper into the unconscious world to find health, balance, and your true self.
We will join together at Airport Mesa vortex on Saturday night for an Earth healing circle, and will close on Sunday with a group healing and drumming exchange.

Reconnecting to the Sacred Self
Linda periodically offers retreats and workshops in beautiful natural settings such as Sedona, Arizona, with its powerful energy vortexes, and at Rancho Esmeralda in Sonora, Mexico. These special workshops are designed to take us away from the hectic busyness of our everyday lives, to places where we can slow down, go within and reconnect with nature and with ourselves. Linda's guided meditations, discussions and exercises are combined with nature walks for a truly profound and empowering experience. This picture was taken during the "Reconnecting to the Sacred Self" weekend, in Sonora, Mexico.
Swim with the Humpback Whales
Do you want an adventure you will remember for a life time? Join Animal Communicator / Healer Linda Johns, on her third trip to the beautiful Silver Bank Sanctuary of the Dominican Republic. Each year, between 3,500 and 5,000 humpback whales migrate to the warm shallow waters of the sanctuary to give birth and for courtship and mating. Each year less then five hundred people are permitted into the sanctuary. Would you like to be one of them?
We'll spend a week on board the Wind Dancer, a comfortable 120' boat in the middle of the sanctuary surrounded by whales, tranquility and beautiful sunsets. During this time we are respectful guests in the whale's domain and will have many opportunities to communicate with them each in our own way, whether it is telepathic, heart to heart or linking on a deeper spiritual level.
We spilt into two groups of nine, going out on smaller vessels for intimate and personal contact with the whales. Swimming with the whales actually requires little swimming skill. With a snorkel, mask and fins we softly enter the water and passively allow the whale to come to us or not, on their terms. It is without doubt one of the most incredible animal interactions in the world.
There is nothing that has touched me as deeply as gazing eye to eye, feeling the love and trust as the humpback whale mothers allow their calves within feet of you, as they play and twirl around your body, or the profound experience of sitting in stillness next to a fifty foot, fifty ton whale. The humpback whales are incredible teachers. They may make you laugh, they may make you cry, but one thing is certain, they will always touch your spirit!
When not in the water with the whales we can observe a wide array of whale behaviors. These include breaching, fin slapping, spy hopping, lob tailing, mating courtship dance, or running with the rowdy males, all of which fills you with excitement, awe and reverence for these incredible gentle giants.
