Linda Johns, of Journey to Healing, is calling together a small group of women who want to gift themselves a nourishing and restorative experience, here at the base of the Catalina mountains.
The holidays are behind us, so let us start our new year in this positive and joyful way! When we are restored, we bring more light to everyone around us.
The morning portion of the retreat will encompass healing practices that encourage us to reflect, visualize and create. We will allow our heart, soul and spirit to choose a guiding word for this year’s inspiration and intention.
Your own personal guiding word will embody what YOU want to be, think, feel and do. Feel fully empowered with your one-word vision, using it in little ways daily or allowing it to be a lantern, a guiding light in the darkness or uncertainty of life.
As Albert Einstein famously said, “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics”.
Join us as we come together in community to laugh and play merging with the high energy and the healing frequencies of our words, as they all weave together and create a beautiful reality for the New Year.
Lunch and beverages are included as we will have a beautiful salad bar creation plus Ezekiel pita bread with a filling of hummus or tuna (bring your own if you have special dietary restrictions).
The afternoon will entail the receiving of sound and vibrational healings. We will move from one healing modality to the next and will include the experience of the Bio harmonic Vibe table, sound bowl healing, the life pro frequency, Amethyst Bio Mat with color therapy, mini card readings. You will be encouraged to create a releasing stick as you move through the healing centers and complete this amazing healing retreat with a burning ceremony.
If you desire, bring a bathing suit to use the Jacuzzi or the Infrared Sauna.
Massage will be available at an additional cost. There will be access to the full body table and upper body chair for your comfort or specific needs.
There are three dates to choose from in January 2024: January 13, January 27 or January 28. Select the date you want to start the sign-up process.
