Linda Johns, of Journey to Healing, is calling together a small group of women who want to gift themselves a nourishing and restorative experience, here at the base of the Catalina mountains.
Join us as we come together in community to laugh and play in high energy and healing frequencies.
Free your Mind - Free your spirit! The morning practice is a total playful permission to move, to be, and express through Trans-painting -- no artist abilities necessary -- just childlike play. Let yourself experience freedom and tap into the creative powers within
Lunch and beverages are included as we will have a beautiful salad bar creation plus Delicious Barrio Bread with hummus or tuna (bring your own if you have special dietary restrictions).
The afternoon will entail the receiving of sound and vibrational healings. We will move from one healing modality to the next and it will include the experience of the Bio Harmonic Vibe Table, sound bowl healing, the life pro frequency, Amethyst Bio Mat with color therapy and mini card readings
If you desire, bring a bathing suit to use the Jacuzzi or the Infrared Sauna.
Massage will be available at an additional cost. There will be access to the full body table for your comfort or specific needs.
