Linda Johns, of Journey to Healing, is calling together a small group of 8-10 people who want to gift themselves a nourishing and restorative experience, here at the base of the Catalina mountains.

Join us as we come together in community on March 29, 2025, Time: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. You are free to leave earlier if you wish.

The morning portion of the retreat is from 10am–12pm and encourages play and self-healing. It begins with playful drumming (no skill needed) connecting to the spirit of your own natural rhythm. Then we share a healing practice that can help in clearing emotional density, like anxiety, depression, grief, or limiting beliefs, and past events from the nervous system. This process also allows one to anchor a manifestation intention, while freeing the nervous system from the old sabotaging blocks and the emotional-chemical looping cycles that often cause one to derail from achieving the desired intention. This is a process that can be used daily on your own, if you wish.

Then nourish yourself from 12-1:30 with relaxing conversations, the serenity of nature and a beautiful abundant healthy lunch spread that meets many dietary needs including a variety of beverages--hot and cold. If you have special dietary restrictions, please let me know when you register.

The afternoon from 1:30 - on is all about receiving healing and balancing. There are different healing stations, designed to spend 30-45 minutes in each healing station, before moving to the next modality. You can do them all or pick and choose. Experience the Bio Harmonic Vibe Table, A Sound Bowl Healing, Reiki, Chakra Balancing on the Amethyst Bio Mat with color therapy, Jin Shin Jyutsu, and receive an Evolution Journey reading. If you desire, bring a bathing suit to use the Jacuzzi or the Infrared Sauna.

Full Body Table Massage will be available at an additional cost.
